Exiting stealth mode now finishes the cooldown of Blackout, and Blackout can now be used out of stealth mode, granting 6 seconds of Dark Embrace and restoring 10 Force. While Dark Embrace is active, all damage taken is reduced by 25%. In addition, Force Cloak no longer reduces healing done and received.

The values used on spell tooltips are based on Level 50 characters in Green Gear. As we refine our formulas expect to see these numbers change as we find the obtimum values to display.Click Here to set the stat values for this formula.
